Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we may require photo evidence of the damaged item. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer one of the following options
- A replacement candle sent to you at no additional cost.
- A full refund issued to your original payment method.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a candle may not meet your expectations. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the unused item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note
- The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at harmonyessence.cy@gmail.com. Please include your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. We will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned item and completing the necessary checks.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Used candles
- Personalized/customized items (unless damaged or defective)
